Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you
liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank
does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Blue Gold
Traditions will cover the entire liability for you, up to the
full $50.00. Blue Gold Traditions will only cover this liability
if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no
fault of your own from purchases made at Blue Gold Traditions
while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use
of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider
in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. |

72-HOUR PROCESSING |

| We ship most orders within 48
to 72 hours -- if your merchandise is in stock. That means you
will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days of the date
of shipping. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll
inform you on the phone or by email. |

COST & METHOD OF SHIPPING |

| We use standard surface
delivery for most shipments. For faster delivery, we suggest
Express or Overnight Delivery. The cost may be more if the
package size or weight is excessive. International orders will
increase the shipping cost - we will email you with the
additional amount prior to processing your order. |

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DUTIES & TAXES |
|
Your order may be subject to
duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches
your country. Blue Gold Traditions does not collect duties and
taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
- All International orders will be charged the actual
shipping charges from the shipping carrier. The catalog
and web shipping chart will be void on all International
orders.
- Any International order exceeding $100.00 may be
requested by Blue Gold Traditions to be paid for with funds
drawn on a US bank.
- If you are charged duties and taxes they must be paid in
order for your package to clear customs.
- If your package goes to a brokerage firm you may be
required to pay a brokerage fee. These charges are also not
collected by Blue Gold Traditions and we have no way of
knowing the total amount of the charge before your package
arrives in your country.
- Any gift sent outside the U.S. will require the
recipient of the gift to pay all duties and taxes, which are
due upon delivery.
- For more information on your country's customs policies,
please contact your local customs office.
- Occasionally , a delay in the shipment of your order may
occur due to customs. If your order is not received in a
reasonable amount of time, please contact customer service

We reserve the right to decline international orders at
our discretion.

We guarantee all merchandise we sell. If you are not satisfied with your order,

your purchase price.
Although we believe our photographs of the various products are accurate, the
appearance and color may be affected due to your computers monitor settings.

TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MERCHANDISE
Contact customer service at 1-800-385-9925 then follow the instructions on the
return sheet. We will either exchange it or credit your original payment method
less shipping and handling charges. Mail securely wrapped packages via insured
method within
60 days of receipt (for standard merchandise) and within 30 days (for sale
Merchandise) to:

For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to
appear. Please do not send items C.O.D. for they will not be accepted.
